This refund policy is for Alberta Anthropomorphics Assoc. (doing business as Calfurry) ("we," "us," or "our" ), and is applicable to all transactions made unless stated otherwise.
Calfurry offers no refunds on unused admission, tickets or fees for any event associated with the annual Calfurry Convention, “A Calfurry Christmas” or other events that may require admission fees. Guests may request to transfer their admission or tickets to another Guest OR converted to a credit towards a future Calfurry event where admission or fees are charged.
Requests must be made in writing via our Contact Us form no later than 3 days prior to the start date of the event the admission or ticket is valid for. Requests after this time will be refused. Merchandise purchased online or in person is non-refundable.
Calfurry reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time.
